For small-business owners
An autopilot for your business.
The phone rings while you're with a customer. Follow-ups slip to next week. A bad review sits unanswered. Infoloop sets up an autopilot that takes those jobs off your hands, so the business holds its course while you do the work only you can do.

What it fixes
Four problems the autopilot takes off your hands.
-
Calls
Missed calls are lost customers.
Your phone is answered when you can't pick up: after hours, on a job, or on another call. The caller's details are taken and passed to you, so the job doesn't go to whoever answered first.
-
Customers
Customer details are scattered.
Every customer and every conversation is kept in one record. You can see who called, what they needed and what happened next, without relying on memory.
-
Marketing
Reviews go unanswered and posts go stale.
Every customer is asked for a review after the job. Every review gets a personal reply, written for you to approve, and a bad one gets an offer to make it right with a link to book a call. Each week's posts are drafted in your voice, and you see which ones people looked at.
-
Routine
Busywork eats the day.
The tasks you repeat every day, such as routine replies and keeping records up to date, are handled for you, so your hours go to the work that pays.
Why it pays
Each of these problems costs money.
A missed call is a job that went to someone else. A customer who never heard back doesn't come back. An unanswered bad review is what the next customer reads first. Infoloop starts with the problem that costs your business the most and fixes that one first.
What runs it
The autopilot runs on agentic solutions.
An agent is software that carries a job through from start to finish. It takes the call, writes down the details and sends the follow-up without being told each step. Infoloop builds these agents on established AI platforms, including Claude from Anthropic and Muse from Meta, and fits them to the way your business already works.
Infoloop is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with Anthropic or Meta.

About
Infoloop is one person.
I'm Daniel Hunt. When you work with Infoloop you work with me, from the first call to the finished setup.
I spent ten years implementing and selling fleet management software for taxi companies. That work taught me how to get new technology running inside a small business that can't stop to learn it. After that I worked in IT for four years, and most recently I taught high school math.
